一. Order Delivery Process:

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time


Processing time:

1. After your order payment is successful, we will confirm the shoe size and recipient information with you via Whatsapp (priority) or email.

2. After you confirm the information, we will send you the shoes QC link within 1-3 days, so that you can check the shoes pictures and confirm.

Please Note: If occasionally out of stock (usually not), there may be a delay of 1-3 days.

3. After you confirm the shoes pictures, we will ship them within 1-2 days.

Transportation time:

4. Within 3-5 days after delivery, you can check or ask us for the tracking number through the QC link. Visit the link to track your parcel: https://www.17track.net/en

5. Within 7-25 days after delivery, you can receive your package.

三. Will I definitely receive the shoes?



Of Course!

As long as your payment is successful, we will ensure that all shoes are delivered.

If the shoes are lost or stopped by customs, we will resend or refund you.


四. Can I exchange my shoes?


Of Course!

1. Before delivery, if you change your mind or don't like our QC, you can change the shoes at any time. In principle, for the same price of shoes.

If you choose more expensive or cheaper shoes, please negotiate with us for more refunds or less compensation.

2. After delivery, I'm sorry, but it cannot be exchanged. Unless the shoes you receive have quality problems.

Then, please take pictures of the shoes first and send the picture to our customer service. We will take full responsibility for quality problem items.


五. Can I return the shoes?


If you want to return your item, pls contact us for the return shipping address.

We only offer this service on shoes within 30 days of receipt, and all items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.


---- If it is not a quality problem, the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer. We do not accept returns for freight collect.

----If it is a quality problem, please take photos of the item and send the pictures to us. We will take full responsibility for quality problem items.

Please let us know the tracking number when the item is returned. Once we receive the item, we will ship the new item or refund.

六. The following circumstances will not be refunded:


1. We do not accept items with any quality problems caused by subjectively considered defective goods.

2. We do not accept returns for any item that has been used, damaged, engraved or altered by a third party.

3. We do not accept unauthorized, improperly packaged or improperly insured items. Thank you for your understanding.


七. About the refund to the account


If you do not want the shoes for your own reasons before the shoes are shipped, or negotiate a return with us and we have already received the shoes. Then we will arrange a refund for you. Refunds are generally returned in the same way.
